Emotional messaging is a concept that is being discussed more every day as experts and companies are starting to realize there is far more to effective PR than just exposure. Exposure really is about advertising, and it’s very important. PR builds credibility.
However, the experts who are the most effective in raising their platform and become a thought-leader globally are the experts who learn the powerful strategy of Emotional Messaging Design™.
Emotional messaging is not just about having emotionally charged content. I see experts every day spending huge amounts of money to infuse emotional content into their PR platform. That is helpful, however it is not the same as an Emotional Messaging Design™.
There are many consultants who will help you create a memorable tag line..something people can remember and hook into emotionally. But again, that is not an Emotional Message. A powerful tag line is very important, but it needs to be based on a solid Emotional Messaging Design™ to include context, and not just a stand-alone concept or catch phrase.
Emotional messaging is the magic sauce that top tier experts know how to create. It produces the “Tony Robbins’ effect, even if you never aspire to be at that level. You can have a quiet PR presence and be a thought-leader that creates and leads global conversations. You can be a highly renowned, celebrated and powerful personality. It all comes down to working in a strategic way that relates to your unique Emotional Messaging Design™.
Audience loyalty, memorability, strategic and unique emotional connections positioned on a profound level, and a sense that people truly need you to help them move to a place they want to be…a place of collaboration. That is what changes lives.
